到行政院環保署 https://opendata.epa.gov.tw/Home/ 網站，將所要的open data格式用json方式複製下來
定義變數total為data的長度
設定for迴圈，讓i從0開始，小於data的總長度，i是以漸進+1的方式增加
設定if如果資料的UVI數量大於1的話
再定義uv等於data中的UVI值，還有定義county等於data中County的值
印出county值加上uv值用冒號隔開。
